Charleston, WV - There is no greater responsibility of state government than to provide a thorough education for our children. Thomas Jefferson felt so strongly about the importance of public education that he wrote the following:

"I think by far the most important bill in our whole code is that for the diffusion of knowledge among the people. No other sure foundation can be devised, for the preservation of freedom and happiness.”

It's time to act! November 6 is rapidly approaching. It is a critical time to ensure that you are going to the polls with a knowledgeable vote.

In the midterm election, voters will determine which candidates will make decisions on their behalf. These decisions could include issues like religious liberty, limited government, free enterprise, national defense, traditional biblical values, the sanctity of life, and marriage......

Join us as we celebrate school choice and education freedom at our first annual West Virginia National School Choice Week Celebration! Schools, students, parents, educators, and concerned citizens from around the state will be gathering to celebrate education and rally around a desire to see greater education freedom in the Mountain State. Our rally will take place on January 23 in the Little Auditorium of the Charleston Civic Center @ 10:30am - 11:30am ET.

New Study Finds America’s School Voucher Programs Have Saved Billions

Many think school vouchers drain money from public education, but data tells a different story

In a recent study, EdChoice’s Director of Fiscal Policy and Analysis Marty Lueken examined the fiscal impact of voucher programs in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia—from their inception through FY 2015—to determine whether they generated costs or savings for state and local taxpayers.

ACSIWV Christian Schools Rally in Charleston around School Choice Week

ACSIWV Leaders have committed to being a part of a coalition of West Virginia and National School Choice Advocates to rally our schools in Charleston on January 23rd from 10:30-11:30 during School Choice Week, at the Little Theater, Charleston Civic Center. 

Funding is being provided for Transportation for Students, friends, and school families to attend this rally.  Contact Jack Davis at 304-757-9550 for additional information.
